In order to facilitate this process we will use a specific inner orientation which is the willingness to take an honest look at our conditioning. We bring to our journey our inner flame, which lives within. This flame is a manifestation of the direct life force, the living flame. This energy just wants to know the truth for its own sake. Once we have started to see that there is more than the surface and are becoming interested in the depth of what and who we are the experience of the flame becomes more palpable to us. The stronger the flame the more intense and strong is the journey. Everyone has a flame. What differs is the intensity of that flame. Deep down everyone flame is powerful. For some of us that flame has been strongly surpriessed through the conditioning in our childhood. As we start to work through what is in the way for that flame to become the fuel for our guidance. As the light of our flame becomes brighter it brighter and will light the path that we each individually need to take and it will give us the energy to follow it. Then the journey starts in earnest.
As you might already be able to tell the inner journey is a deep precess that needs our full Commitment. By embarking on this journey we will slowly and bit by bit become more and more who and what we really are and will start to live what we really are in our relationships, our professions, our sexuality and spirituality.

During the work we will work with the body, the emotions and the mind, specifically all the ideas, concepts and misconceptions we have about us and our world. This takes the form of the process of inquiry which is a specific exercise that we will teach you. By employing this method of inquiry, over time the self revelatory nature of who we are becomes liberated and will become our true guidance in all areas of our being.
We will also use body work, breathing, trauma work, liberating from the inner critic to support our journey.
